Description

The story is something I rarely care about in a videogame, but if it’s good enough to get my attention, it’s worth mentioning. You don’t have to worry about spoilers because although I enjoyed the story, I probably didn’t pay close enough attention to provide you with crucial details (I’m a daydreamer while playing). My overall point is I liked how it was structured, and I found myself looking forward to what might occur next for the main character Eivor. In my opinion, several of the NPCs were memorable and I actually cared about some of them. Wow, that feels strange coming out of my mouth because I’m a guy that used to murder NPCs every chance I got. The statute of limitations still applies, right? Valhalla’s combat is better than Odyssey’s, and that’s saying something.
